Happy Halloween, all! We had the best time at the BBF's first (annual?) Kids Costume Parade, which led up to the first Storytime featuring Eleanor Davis reading from her new book, A Very Good Parade.

We also hosted these amazing authors and illustrators for Storytime at BBF: Edwidge Danticat, Watch Out for Falling Iguanas (also BBF's Fiction Keynote for her novel Dèy); Sibu T.P., The Ones Who Came Before; Gary R. Gray, Jr., Spendin' Time; Eleanor Davis, A Very Good Parade; Brian Lies, Diffy.

We are grateful to the and for supporting BBF's Storytime. Photos:

Help us continue to share the joys of reading and keep the BBF free and open to all. Donate at our link in bio.

Let us know in the comments if we should make the Kids Costume Parade an annual tradition to kick-off the BBF...
