The breathtaking Run Henham 10km & 1km returns on 15th November 2026 at the stunning Henham Park – home of Latitude Festival.

Location: Henham Park, Southwold
Distances: 10km & 1km (all ages welcome in the 1km)

This year, we are offering charity places for runners wanting to support one of our two local charity partners: The Big-C & East Anglian Air Ambulance

So whether you want to chase a PB, run for fun, or fundraise for an amazing cause, Run Henham is one for the diary!

The breathtaking Run Henham 10km & 1km returns on 15th November 2026 at the stunning Henham Park – home of Latitude Festival.

This autumn run takes you through private parkland at its most spectacular. Expect golden views, light trail terrain, and an unforgettable race-day atmosphere.

What an incredible day! A huge thank you to everyone who took part in Run Henham yesterday, the 10K, 5K, and 1K fun run. The sun was shining, the atmosphere was amazing, and it was fantastic to see so many smiles out on the course!

🏅 1 Week to Go – Run Henham is Almost Here! 🏃‍♀️

Not long now until you can get your hands on this medal!
We can’t wait to welcome everyone to Henham Park on Sunday 9th November 🎉

We’re still on the lookout for a few amazing volunteers, including people who’d like to go the extra mile and volunteer as well as run!

If you’re taking part in the 1K, 5K, or 10K, there are ways to get involved on the day:
👉 Running the 1K or 5K? Help marshal the 10K course first.
👉 Running the 10K? Help with pre-race registration or marshal the 5K after your run.

Friends and family are also very welcome to join the volunteer team — it’s a brilliant way to be part of the event, cheer on runners, and make the day even more special.

We are still looking for tail runners, so if you want to run this sold out race it could be a perfect role for you!

All volunteers receive a free hot drink & snack from one of our lovely vendors ☕🍪
