The Henham Steam & Country Show (formerly the Grand Henham Steam Rally) has become one of the most popular events in the region appealing to a wide audience through its mix of family entertainment coupled with displays of steam power and other vintage vehicles and machinery. There's over 1000 exhibits and working demonstrations; two rings offering continuous performances throughout the day, craft marquees and working rural crafts, a model engineering exhibition, live music and avenues of trade stands selling everything from new cars to embroidered cushions. There's also a vintage and modern fairground plus food stalls, picnic areas and a licensed bar. Camping and caravan sites are available for the weekend in the beautiful Henham Park. www.henhamsteam.com

Every year, the Henham Steam and Country Show raises money for local good causes! This year, one of our chosen charities is the Beccles & Lowestoft Sea Cadets.

Beccles and Lowestoft Sea Cadets aim to give young people an experience that will help them grow into the person they want to be in a safe and friendly environment. Through various activities and adventures, they learn teamwork, respect, loyalty, self-confidence, commitment, self-discipline, honesty and how to be the best version of ourselves.

The Henham Steam and Country Show takes place on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September (9am - 6pm) at Henham Park near Southwold, Suffolk. Join us to celebrate our 50th event and enjoy a fantastic family day out with exciting displays, parades and attractions!

Steer one of our incredible steam engines and enjoy displays from Bolddog FMX Team, Ben Long Falconry, heavy horses, Will’s Working Spaniels, the Lowestoft Dog Agility Display Team, Suffolk Swords and more. We also have hundreds of vintage and classic vehicles, working steam engines, live music, a vintage fairground, children’s entertainment and a stamp trail, as well as avenues of trade stalls and crafts.

Every year, the Henham Steam and Country Show raises money for local good causes! This year, one of our chosen charities is Thirst Youth Hub, based in Beccles.

Thirst Youth is a youth work project, working with young people aged 11-18. They are a small team of volunteer youth workers who run activities, a youth club and work with young people out and about in the community.
