👀 Scan the edges of your frame
🌳 Watch for poles, plants, signs, and other objects that appear to grow out of someone’s head
🚪 Remove anything that pulls attention away from the scene

A few seconds checking your frame can prevent a distracting shot from following you all the way into post.
