Running for a cause close to her heart 💙

Kellie Morgan from Porthcawl is joining to raise money for families affected by kidney disease, inspired by her son Finley’s journey after being diagnosed with a rare kidney condition at just six weeks old. Through every race, Kellie hopes to give back to the charity that has supported her family with strength, connection and hope. 🏃‍♀️✨

From its beginnings in 1986 to one of the UK’s biggest races today — and now we’re going back to where it all began…

Founded by Kidney Wales, Run 4 Wales (R4W) took on the management of the historic and iconic event in 2023, with Kidney Wales remaining the lead charity partner.

NOW, Kidney Wales is returning as headline sponsor, with 2026 set to be our biggest and most nostalgic event yet.

Want to run CDF 10K with your workplace? 👀

The Business Challenge is open to corporate teams looking for a team building exercise, charity fundraising or CSR activity; suitable for groups large or small.

Are you a group of 5 or more people looking to enter the CDF 10K 2026?

- Gather your team together and compete to be fastest firm!

- Invest in workforce wellbeing for a happier and healthier team.

- Opportunity to win prizes as you battle it out against other businesses.

- Raise money, morale and your company profile!

Teams of five or more can enter, with each runner completing the 10K distance (running together or as individuals).

Groups of 5 or more can enter, and compete to be the fastest team in the race. Every member of the team completes the entire race distance, with the fastest 5 times from each team registering.

The fastest average team time wins!
