Score is the total number of front squats completed in all 6 windows.

Establish a max load for the following complex:
1 clean + 1 front squat + 1 hang clean + 1 STOH

You will have 4 attempt windows each (alternating emom) and your score will be the combined total of each partners heaviest lift.
