Pittsburgh Music Academy

Pittsburgh Music Academy We offer instrument instruction in violin, viola, cello, bass, flute, trumpet, and piano. The age of our students range from about 3 years old to adult.

All of our faculty is highly trained, many specializing in the Suzuki Method. We provide private and group instruction on violin, viola, cello, guitar, bass, piano and flute. We take enrollment year round. We provide many opportunities for our students to play out in the community.

Our second annual CELLOBRATION was a huge success! These students have grown tremendously this year in confidence and musicality. This May Song + Twinkle duet was a spontaneous, on the spot addition to the program and they rocked it! This event also marked some pretty special milestones: one student graduated from Suzuki book 1 👩‍🎓, another performed her very first solo here at PMA 🎶, and two more performed with the group for the first time! Everyone was so happy to be celebrating PMA and all things cello.
