That is not said to scare you. That is said because nobody warned most of us about this before we opened our doors.

Full enrollment feels like the win. And it is a win. But it is not the whole picture.

Payroll too high. Tuition too low. Cost per child unknown. These are the things that quietly drain a center that looks successful from the outside.

Nobody handed us a marketing playbook when we opened our centers. And most of us have been figuring it out alone ever since. 👀

But this panel at BTT 2026 changed that.

The StoryBrand framework is simple but it works. Start with the pain point your parents are feeling. Lead with empathy. Bring in your solution. Then show them the transformation your center delivers.

Stop leading with “enroll now” and start leading with why they should trust you with the most important person in their life.
