Please be aware that our lovely friends at Challengers (whose building is next to our finish area) have an event tomorrow and THERE WILL BE SOME VEHICLE MOVEMENT IN A SMALL AREA OF THE PARK. We will be moving our finish funnel to the other side, and we will have a safety marshal to keep people safe - but please could we ask you to NOT walk in the area in the red area in the photo. Thank you so much for working with us on this!

(If you are visiting us and parking in Spectrum this won’t affect the route you take to walk to the start).

IT'S NATIONAL VOLUNTEERS WEEK!!

At Guildford parkrun we obviously love our volunteers 😊. If you're a regular participant with us do please consider volunteering every once in a while - each week we need around 25 volunteers to put on a safe, timed event. Here is a run-down of the roles that you can choose from each week. It's great fun!!

A little shoutout to our friends at the Woking Lions Charity who are looking for volunteers to help marshal at the Martian Race 2026 on Sunday 21st June (Father’s Day).

It’s always a fantastic local event and they’d really appreciate some extra support out on the course helping and encouraging runners.

😎 What a gorgeous summer May day Guildford parkrunners, well done for taking part in this heat! We had a turn out of 478 today with 30 fabulous volunteers, you all rocked it.
