The Long Room🌿

Sick of the same old cramped meeting rooms with no natural light? Why not consider our Long Room for your next corporate event. A modern, light and versatile space in the heart of Guildford town and we even have our own on-site car park!

We can comfortably accommodate up to 120 delegates in a cabaret layout and the space is also fully equipped with state of the art AV facilities.

Introducing our chosen charity - The Bee-lieve Foundation 🐝💜

Every young person deserves to be feel seen, heard, understood and supported.

At the heart of the foundation is Molly’s story. Molly Price was just 21 when she took her own life after struggling with her mental health. Molly’s project was launched in 2023, and this project set out to provide more support and early intervention in schools and community clubs. This is such an important cause and for those with young children, it is so vital that we support causes like this who are proactively working to create more supportive and inclusive environments for our young people.

This Sunday 6th September, Bee-lieve are hosting a charity cricket festival at the Guildford Pavilion. It would be wonderful to have your support for such an amazing cause!

Happy National Dog Day from TGP! 🐶

We thought we’d mark the occasion by showing off some of our team with their furry friends. From top to bottom, we have our wonderful Saffron with her dog Bullseye, next up we have Jenna with Boyce the bulldog and last but not least we have our super Sue with her furry friend April! 🐾

The day before the event🔨🪜⛺️ VS the day of the event🙂‍↔️🎪 🪄

What an event this was! Nothing makes us happier than bringing your vision to life. This event was nothing short of spectacular, from tipi tents with twinkling lights to vintage fair games and dodgems in the car park!

We loved seeing everyone work together so effortlessly to create an incredible event.

While we are all still basking in the summer sun, here at the Pavilion we are dreaming of twinkling lights, festive lights and all the Christmas cheer!
