We hope you are as excited as we are, with questions flying in we thought we’d give you a little update on the food and drinks available at the Sports Weekend. Drinks will be provided either by the clubs at night or our fantastic pop-up bar during the Saturday. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are of available to purchase so it’s bottoms up. However, the purchasing stops there as we believe nobody should go hungry and so all of your food from Saturday onwards is on us. All dietary requirements will be fully catered for and the general idea follows below. Breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday will be provided for everyone attending the sports weekend. However we must admit your hosts are vets and not chefs so are not responsible for any burnt sausages served. Lunch will consists of a choice of food from 3 designated food vans. There will be your classic burger van, as well as a Mexican van and wrap van serving hot Nando’s style chicken wraps. Your meals will be pre-purchased (approx 275 from each van) and will be available on a first come first serve basis. Once again all dietary requirements are catered for.

Dinner will consist of dominoes delivered to the venue before we leave for the club and so to ensure all of you are well fed for your trip out into the big wide world (also known as Guildford town centre).

As ticket sales draw to an end we want to say an additional massive thank you to all of you who have brought a hosting ticket and agreed to accommodate for sports weekend. This is why we are selecting some lucky winners at random from our hosting ticket holders to win a £20 drinks voucher to spend at the Sports weekend. Your odds are good so please keep an eye out for the draw and if you win make sure to have a drink on us, you’ve earned it.
