NINE & DINE/MEET & GREET - with Steve Davis OBE

We were lucky enough to have Snooker Legend Steve Davis with us for the afternoon and evening yesterday🎱

Thank you to all our Members who supported Club Captain Shaun’s event, playing in the 9 hole competition or attending the BBQ and evening⛳️

A total of just over £2000 was raised for the charity that Steve is Patron of - Feline Fine Foundation👏

SARTAN GOLF DAY RAISES OVER £5000 FOR Alzheimer's Society👏

Great feedback on a recent golf day, well done to Ryan, Chris and all at Sartan⛳️

Nearly 200 golfers, Sartan Golf members, guests, sponsors, businesses, friends and supporters came together at Knowle Golf Club on Thursday 9th July 2026 for what proved to be one of the biggest and most memorable days in the society's history.

SENIORS CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP

This year we moved away from the past couple of years of a joint Woodcock Cup & Senior Club Championship to a standalone Senior Club Championship.

This took place today following our main Club Championship on Saturday and proved a great success with 72 entries⛳️

Well done to all the players, congratulations to our Senior Club Champion Gary Robbins winning with a gross 71🏆

LADIES CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP

Congratulations to Jo Hodge on winning her 10th Ladies Club Championship title with 69 Gross🏆

Well done to all the Ladies who played today in the Championship which was changed to an 18 hole medal instead of the usual 36 holes due to the heat☀️
