Yesterday at Victoria's Chocolate: A Tasting Event — our 4th year there — Ayissi poured, tasted, and told the KOUTOU farm story all day: one family farm in Cameroon's Centre Region, farmers paid directly and above fair trade, every bean traced by QR code from the farm to your cup.

Weekends like this one are why we're building the next chapter: a farmer-first chocolate factory and community hub in Binghamton, NY — so the value of cacao is shared with the people who grow it.
