Members of the public are encouraged to attend! This is a great opportunity to learn about the society and its biggest community event of the year - the Huntsville Fall Fair!

We're always looking for volunteers. Help us make the 2026 fair a success!

A reminder notice that the Huntsville and District Agricultural Society's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, January 12, 2025 at 7:00pm at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, 1 High St, Huntsville.

The AGM will report on 2025 activities and financial statements, and to elect the 2026 slate of Directors.

Call for Nominations
Nominations for Directors for 2026 are now being accepted. Individuals may nominate themselves and must have been in attendance for 3 meetings prior to nomination.

Nominations may be sent in advance to the Secretary, Huntsville and District Agricultural Society, via email to [email protected].

Members of the public are encouraged to attend! This is a great opportunity to learn about how you can be a part of the society and its biggest community event of the year - the Huntsville Fall Fair.
