This Father’s Day, we’ve teamed up with to put together a BBQ Box built around our favourite way to cook: over the grill

Treat your dad, or someone special in your life, to a feast featuring beechwood smoked Alberta beef back ribs from , ready to be finished with our house BBQ glaze, alongside buttermilk cornbread with jalapeño butter, local asparagus, cheese curd scalloped potatoes, a classic wedge salad, and rhubarb & buckwheat crumble for dessert. Join us January 17 & 18th for an Alpine-inspired “Fast Food” pop-up at .

If you’re into dipping hamburgers in cheddar fondue, Choogle dogs with raclette, or crispy schnitzel shrimp, this one’s for you.

We’ll also be pouring a curated list of “Alpine Trash” cocktails—perfect for sipping while we spin your favourite euro-brit pop & synth-pop tunes.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to indulge in lots of cheese, condiments & a cozy time. We had a blast!

Big thanks to our amazing team. Pop-ups provide us with lots of fun little surprises & our we couldn’t pull this off without them!

CARBONADE VALDOSTANA 🥩
spelt fazoletti, bone marrow

Our version of this classic Alpine dish originating from the Aosta Valley in Italy, made with Canadian ingredients.
Alberta beef from is cooked slowly with wine, onion and spices. Ours is topped with a spelt fazoletti sheet, rendered bone marrow fat, charred cipollini onions & mushrooms picked in sunchoke vinegar.

Slightly reminiscent of stroganoff!
