Update: Found a great deal on 154 peices. Thx everyone.

ISO: 400 square feet of interlocking foam tiles for a reasonable price. (100 - 24"x24" tiles)

Emmett had a short seizure today while standing up and we need to cover the floor in all common areas to protect his head. We will be placing the foam tiles over top of vinyl plank for the next few years so ideally, we would like to have them all the same color and in decent condition.

Please feel free to Share this post as what we need in square footage isn't going to be easy to find second hand.

We would like to give a special thanks to Spasation Londonderry Mall for providing us an extremely relaxing spa day with top quality service! This post-walk massage, facial, and pedicure with food & drinks was REALLY amazing! Every single staff member here was beyond accomodating and very polite as well!
Without a doubt, we felt like Royalty today! 👑

We would like to give a very special THANK YOU to everybody who was involved in making this walk such a huge success.
We spent six long months in the Stollery Childrens Hospital and literally watched Emmett fight for his life while countless teams of Doctors, Nurses, and Surgeons worked around the clock to save him. There isn't any anount of money on earth that would be enough to repay them for saving our little boys life, but at the end of the day, being that we were able to give something back was worth every drop of blood, sweat and tears. Without each and every Sponsor, Donor, Supporter, AHS staff member, family member, friend, fitness trainer, Radio station and News Station, this event would have never happened. 🙏 Especially without Aderito Martins champing out the final 3 days after my leg injury. It was really amazing to see Beth out there walking tens of km's each day with us while my Auntie Jackie followed behind us in the pilot truck for upwards of 11 hours day after day! You guys are amazing! 💪

On a final note, we are very grateful for each and every one of you, so again, Thank You all from the bottom of our hearts! ❤️🙏

$13,104 may not be a huge amount of money in the big picture, but what we do know is that it buys one heck of alot of Toys and Diapers for the kids. That in itself is definitely worth smiling over! ❤️👍😁

It was a blessing to cross the finish line side by side with Aderito, Family and Friends!

Hey All,

It's finally time to put an end to this page and we will leave it dormant starting early next week.
Emmett is doing extremely well. He's healthy and back to being the little boy he was before his first hospitalization. Thanks to all of the hard work from countless Doctors and Nurses, EMT's and hospital support staff.
Now that the walk is over are are finally ready to close the door to the journey that began on October 5th, 2022 when Emmett had his first seizure. We can finally go back to just being a family and spending time together making memories.

It is safe to say that this walk would have never been completed in full if it wasn't for all of the donors, sponsors, and massive amount of support from Family and Friends. Thank you all for being so amazing!

On a final note, I think it's quite obvious to everybody out there who was watching Aderito Martins, that not all Heros wear capes. Sometimes they wear a pair of running shoes, a gray hat, and some reflective gear while they walk well over 310km and accomplish what literally nobody else, including myself, was able to do.

From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you Aderito Martins! Just as Emmett had done at a very young age, you have shown us that exact same type of strength, perseverance, and drive to never give up. Age is just a number. You have both been incredible and we are very proud of what you completed in support of not only Emmett and Liam, but for all of the other sick children in need of the Stollery Children's Hospital.

We will be posting one final photo dump next week. So if anybody has any photos from the event, please feel free to send them to us so we can post them. We will also be sending out a final thank you to all donors, sponsors, family and friends who helped support us and made this whole thing possible.

The Steps for the Stollery donation link will also be closed as of Monday.
