Lia PlusSum is one of our own! She’s not only a talented artist, but she’s also one of the coordinators who helps bring the Nia Festival together.

The Renton Cheer Team brought incredible energy, spirit, and talent to the Skyway Nia Festival! Their performance had the crowd engaged and added something truly special to our celebration.

🔥 TIFFANY WILSON BROUGHT CHURCH TO SKYWAY PARK! 🙌🏾🎶

Our 2026 Nia Spotlight Artist, Tiffany Wilson, and her incredible band came to the Nia Festival and gave Skyway a PERFORMANCE! 🔥

The vocals. The band. The soul. The ENERGY. Tiffany had Skyway Park feeling like Sunday morning! 🙌🏾

This is exactly what the Nia Spotlight is about—giving talented artists from our region a platform to shine in front of their community and show everyone what they can do.

Thank you, Tiffany Wilson and the entire band, for bringing your gifts to Skyway and making this year's Nia Festival special.

Congratulations to ELITE HOOPERS, the FIRST-EVER CHAMPIONS of the Heal & Build Skyway Basketball Tournament! 🏀🔥

These four will forever have their names attached to the beginning of something we plan to build for years to come. They showed up, competed, and became the first team to take home the Heal & Build championship.

❤️ THANK YOU, SKYWAY! ❤️

The 2026 Skyway Nia Festival was something special.

To every artist, vendor, volunteer, sponsor, partner, staff member, community organization, family, and community member who showed up and played a part — THANK YOU.

This year, we welcomed our largest crowd yet, and seeing so many children and families filling Skyway Park was one of the most powerful parts of the entire day.

From the performances and activities to the food, vendors, basketball, and the incredible energy throughout the park, you helped bring the vision of Nia to life.

Nia means PURPOSE. And this festival continues to show what can happen when we come together with purpose, love, and pride in our community.

This wasn't one person's accomplishment. Everybody who contributed helped make this day what it was.

Thank you for believing in the vision.
Thank you for showing up.
Thank you for choosing community.

Skyway showed up. Skyway showed love. And we're just getting started.
