We stopped by Sophia, founder of Chung-Masina LLC, and she shared her homegrown flavors, heat, and the love behind her small-batch chili oil!

House-made, vegan, and packed with aromatic ingredients like lemongrass, garlic, shallots, ginger, and Thai chili flakes, sYOM is all about bringing BIG flavor to whatever’s on your plate.

From mild to EXTRA spicy 🌶️🌶️🌶️, there’s a heat level for everyone, including an extra fiery kick from roasted Indian peppers for those who like to turn things up!

Drizzle it over your rice, noodles, dumplings, favorite comfort foods, or get creative with it. There are no rules when it comes to good flavor.

Bringing the energy, the culture, and the good vibes to UNDSCVRD Season 10! We’re excited to welcome back Bay Area host, emcee, and hypeman Fran Boogie to keep the party moving! 🎶

With over 30 years rooted in hip-hop culture, Fran has been moving crowds around the world, from San Francisco to Singapore and Manila. As the longtime hypeman for the legendary Triple Threat (DJ Apollo , shortkut & DJ VinRoC ), he’s shared stages and collaborated with hip-hop icons including Questlove, Just Blaze, and DJ Jazzy Jeff.

Beyond the mic, Fran is an event producer, brand ambassador, and community leader dedicated to youth mentorship, mental health advocacy, and uplifting his community. You can also catch him hosting the karaoke series at Tropa Modern Filipino!

From celebrating culture to bringing people together through music, Fran knows how to turn any gathering into a celebration. 💛
