Flashback Weekend is Chicago’s largest and longest running horror convention (held annually during the summer in Rosemont, IL) and is dedicated to the preservation of the big screen theatrical horror film

Celeste O'Connor joins Flashback Weekend Chicago Horror Convention July 31 - Aug 2, 2026. Celeste plays Chloe Parker, who is a best friend to Tatum Evans (Sidney Prescott's daughter), and Hannah (Mckenna Grace) in "SCREAM 7". Chloe has become known for putting up a fierce fight against Ghostface during the intense life and death struggle at Parker's Tavern. Celeste has many other roles in studio blockbusters including "GHOSTBUSTERS: AFTERLIFE", "GHOSTBUSTERS: FROZEN EMPIRE", "MADAME WEB", the horror hit "FREAKY", and many acclaimed indie hits! Celeste will be joining our huge "SCREAM" reunion including David Arquette (Deputy / Sheriff Dewey Riley), Marley Shelton (Deputy/ Sheriff Judy Hicks), Roger L. Jeremy Conner joins Flashback Weekend Chicago Horror Convention July 31 - Aug 2, 2026. Jeremy is the stuntman that acted in the Ghostface costume, portraying Ghostface in "SCREAM 7". Jeremy has nearly 100 other credits as a stuntman / actor in roles including "THE VAMPIRE DIARIES", "THE WALKING DEAD", and many more! Jeremy will be joining our huge "SCREAM" reunion including David Arquette (Deputy / Sheriff Dewey Riley), Marley Shelton (Deputy/ Sheriff Judy Hicks), Roger L. Kraig Dane joins Flashback Weekend Chicago Horror Convention – July 31 - Aug 2, 2026. Kraig portrays Ghostface killer Karl Allan Gibbs in "SCREAM 7", who is the thirteenth revealed Ghostface killer in the "SCREAM" film series! Kraig has many other credits including TV's "CRIMINAL MINDS", "NCIS: NEW ORLEANS", "LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT' and many more! Joseph Whipp joins Flashback Weekend Chicago Horror Convention – July 31 - Aug 2, 2026. Joseph portrayed Sheriff Burke in "SCREAM" (1996). Joseph, along with David Arquette, are featured in the classic ice cream and cigarette scene in "SCREAM" (1996). Joseph was director Wes Craven's "go to" for portraying law enforcement, as Craven also cast Joseph as Sergeant Parker in "A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET" (1984). Joseph has over 100 other roles in classic films and TV.

Joseph will be joining David Arquette (Deputy / Sheriff Dewey Riley) and Marley Shelton (Deputy/ Sheriff Judy Hicks) as part of Woodsboro's Finest reunion, in addition to Roger L. Jackson (the voice of Ghostface).

When Flashback Weekend tickets go on sale today, you may click a "Donate to Midway Drive-In" button when you buy your tickets, to donate to and help Flashback Weekend's Midway Drive-In (if you are able to, of course). As you know, all net proceeds from Flashback Weekend go to the restoration and operation of the Midway Drive-In (in Dixon / Sterling, IL). This is Flashback Weekend's way to support the theatrical film industry, as well as the institution of the Drive-In Theatre. During the past few months, the Midway Drive-In has been hit with a huge amount of repair bills, including repairs and upgrades to plumbing, electric for lighting, needing to replace climate control AC and heating for our projection booth, and to repair a outdoor fence which blew down during a storm.

If you are able to, and if you wish to contribute directly to our efforts to preserve and operate the Midway, you may select a "Donate to" button when you are buying your Flashback Weekend tickets. By attending Flashback Weekend over the years, you have allowed us to operate and restore the Midway Drive-In. This has directly supported the film industry, in addition to preserving the Midway Drive-In (one of less than 300 Drive-In Theatres remaining in the US). We thank you, and appreciate you more than you know!

Two announcements! TICKETS ON SALE Sat. May 2, 2026 at 12:00PM noon CST for Flashback Weekend Chicago Horror Convention July 31 - Aug. 2, 2026 at www.flashbackweekend.com. Ultimate tickets will go on sale first. ULTIMATE tickets will include VIP seating for SVENGOOLIE LIVE, ALAN HOWARTH IN CONCERT, and the FANGORIA Flashback Weekend edition.

Once Ultimate tickets have sold out, then Weekend and Single Day tickets will go on sale. General seating tickets for the SVENGOOLIE LIVE, ALAN HOWARTH IN CONCERT, and the FANGORIA Flashback Weekend issue may be purchased when Flashback Weekend Friday single day and Weekend tickets go on sale. You must have either a weekend pass or a single day ticket to purchase the SVENGOOLIE LIVE and ALAN HOWARTH IN CONCERT tickets.
