Fall Fest will be held on Sept. 18-20, 2026, at Lake Park on Lee Street in Des Plaines! Fall Fest is a Des Plaines Family Festival held in September each year.

The event is open to the public on the grounds of Lake Park, next to Lake Opeka at Lee Street and Touhy Avenue in Des Plaines, Illinois.

New this year we're presenting the incredible Midwest Corvette Sharkfest 2025!
Featured vehicles are 1968 through 1982 model year—C3s known as the Sharks.

Judged Awards for Restored, Modified, or Survivor, 68-72, 73-77 and 78-82.
All other year Corvettes are welcome to enter a display class with the opportunity to win participant type awards.

—Alcoholic beverages MAY NOT be brought into the Fall Fest grounds. Food and drink are only allowed in the MAIN AREA, and may not be taken out of the fenced-in section.

—Beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages are sold only at the beer sales tent in the Main Area (2200 Lee Street). You must show a valid ID and receive a wristband—regardless of how old you look!—in order to purchase beer and wine.

—Beer and wine are dispensed only with tickets. No cash or credit is accepted at the serving tent.

—Cash and credit/debit cards are accepted for purchasing tickets. An ATM is available.

Fall Fest 2025 is this weekend—September 12, 13 and 14!

KidZone is always one of the most popular areas at Fall Fest... for lots of reasons! This year, the Petting Zoo is back, generously sponsored by the Des Plaines Community Foundation. We'll have Face Painting, Free Hands-On Crafts, Free Inflatables and much more.
Some activities require a ticket—purchase yours at the KidZone tent, south of the Main Stage on Lee Street.
