The Park Ridge Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to have Bellissimo Chicago with us for our first event of the season on Saturday, May 30th!!!

Julie Geils, founder of Bellissimo Chicago, created her limoncello in a family kitchen in a Chicago suburb. She created Bellisimo out of love for quality food and drinks, lots of laughs, and the desire to make any day a special one with friends. Her passion for all things Italian (particularly food and drinks), along with the popularity of her homemade limoncello among friends and family, inspired her to perfect the recipe year after year. She began dreaming of possibilities to make this delicious liqueur available to anyone, anywhere. With her family members' support and experience in entrepreneurship, technology, and marketing, she embarked on her journey, and Bellissimo was born.

Park Ridge Market after Dark is excited to have Bellissimo participating this month, and you can find her at the market on May 30th!, in the Patina Wine Bar booth! Make sure you buy a Sampling Tickets. You can also purchase bottles through Patina Wine Bar at the event.

The Park Ridge Chamber of Commerce is pleased to have Drink Broda join the party!!!

Broda is based on a generational Polish family recipe. This family tradition turned into a blossoming business when Alek Szczupak and his brother Jan Szczupak founded the Glenview-based liquor brand Broda. The recipe was handed down to them from our uncle, who got it from his father, who got it from his father before him, and so on. The translation of Broda to English is beard, which was the nickname of their uncle, a Polish immigrant who was known for producing his own lemon vodka. As Alek has stated, “His wife and his kids never saw him without a beard.” Broda uses four real ingredients: Lemons, raw Michigan honey, ginger, and 7x distilled vodka. It has no preservatives or additives, and of course it’s made locally! It's terrific served straight on ice, heated up as a hot toddy, in tea, as a spritz (prosecco) or sangria (white or red wine), and makes a mean summer shandy (with a light beer). Lots of different ways to go about it!

The Park Ridge Chamber of Commerce is elated to have Catan Pisco with us for our first event of Season 3 of Park Ridge Market after Dark on Saturday, May 30th!!!

Pisco is a spirit distilled 100% from grapes. Only two countries can legally make pisco, and the Denominations of Origin are in Chile and Peru. Catan Pisco is made in Chile, which is where Founder, Catalina, was born.

Catan Pisco is proud to be a minority Woman -Owned, Chicago business and has been awarded several Gold medals in spirits competitions. Since launching in 2018, Catan Pisco has gained worldwide recognition as a superior pisco brand. Within its first year, it won double gold medals and Best in Show at the 2019 San Diego Spirits Festival. It won a gold medal in the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition and gold at the 2024 New Orleans Spirits Competition.
