Aluminum Extrusion 101: Bendable F-Track (W-FB063) 🔩

Next up in our extrusion series: the W-FB063 Bendable F-Track, a flexible 0.63” aluminum profile designed for wall-mounted SEG graphics that go beyond straight lines.

Unlike standard rigid profiles, the W-FB063 is made with T5 hardness for added flexibility, making it easier to create smooth curves, custom contours, and displays that wrap around corners while still securely holding fabric graphics in place.

It’s a great option for custom signage, curved retail displays, and branded interiors where a little more design freedom makes all the difference. And just like other SEG systems, graphics can be swapped out without rebuilding the frame.

Aluminum Extrusion 101: F-Track Profiles 🔩

Next up in our extrusion series: the F-063, F-100, and F-150 Retail profiles, three versatile options for framed SEG graphics.

All three can be assembled and squared on the ground before mounting it to the wall. That means less time leveling individual pieces during installation and just one final leveling check once the frame is in place.

With depths ranging from 0.63” to 1.5”, these profiles offer options for everything from clean, low-profile graphics to more substantial architectural displays. Once installed, graphics can be easily swapped out for seasonal updates, new promotions, or refreshed retail environments.

Aluminum Extrusion 101 starts here. 🔩

Over the next few weeks, we’re breaking down our extrusion profiles one by one—what they’re designed for, what makes each one unique, and where they work best.

First up: the W-Z114 Z-Track. This 1.14" aluminum SEG extrusion does double duty as both an edgeless fabric graphic solution and a universal French cleat for wall mounting. Its unique design allows fabric graphics to span windows, doorways, and other openings without visible framing, creating a clean, finished look that integrates into the surrounding space. When you need to mount panels, frames, or other elements, the same profile provides a simple, secure mounting solution.
