A word from our maitre’d

Hey all! As my child, Five Seasons is opening its doors to the world in just a couple of weeks I’m looking for enthusiastic staff to join the ride as soon as possible.

The venue is in Ragusa, Sicily.

As the product is quite complex involving a lot of unusual elements for dining the training will start as soon as possible.

In the upcoming weeks it would be great to find motivated people who wouldn’t mind building the world for our guests and to balance that participate in training too.

We are looking for

FOH staff - no experience needed although fine dining experience is an advantage

BOH staff - one to lead the shifts and one to help running the smooth service

ADMIN - someone who could juggle between the daily admin and events admin

MARKETING - this could be done partly remote with about 40% dates at the venue and 60% remotely

JANITOR - general maintenance, gardening skills a massive plus

Flexible start dates but those who can start asap will be put in front of the queue.

Full hours available but also part timers considered.
