As part of our commitment to fostering creative exploration and connection, we open our doors once a month for creative co-working.

With our refreshed venue and new foyer space, it really is the perfect spot to get all your creative thoughts and plans in order.

We start the morning with a quick intro to the room 👋🏻 and then the hard work can begin. Our first-floor studio is also available at a reduced rate on co-working days for your bigger planning needs. The Nutshell team will be working from the venue all day so you can meet us, ask any questions and say hello!

WiFi is available throughout so bring your laptops, notebooks and stationary for a day of planning! Roasting Party coffee will also be available to purchase from our new coffee machine 😍

🎷✨ Jazz for grown-ups… and little ones too! ✨🎶 | 18 September | 11am

Bring your babies, toddlers, buggies and scooters and join us for a very special lunchtime jazz concert for ages 0–4 — a jazz club experience designed with grown-ups in mind!

As part of , we’ll be filling lunchtime with fabulous live music from two brilliant Hampshire performers and some of the UK’s finest jazz talent.

🎹 J Fashole-Luke — an in-demand multi-instrumentalist and pianist who has performed at major jazz festivals across Europe, appeared at Ronnie Scott’s, featured on Later… with Jools Holland, and worked with artists including Dolly Parton and Usher.

🎤 Katie Rogers — a much-loved Hampshire jazz and vintage singer, bringing her rich, expressive voice and love of Billie Holiday, Frank Sinatra and Ella Fitzgerald to the stage.

Expect swinging tunes, brilliant musicianship and a relaxed atmosphere where little ones can wiggle, wander and enjoy the music while grown-ups get to enjoy some proper live jazz! 💛

DNYT Coconuts is a welcoming acting group for young people in Years 4–8, where they can discover their confidence, unleash their creativity, make new friends and experience the magic of performing.

From drama games and improvisation to rehearsing for a full theatre production, every week is an opportunity to play, create, perform and grow. 🌟

Whether they're already a budding performer or simply looking for a place to come out of their shell, Coconuts is a brilliant place to belong. ❤️

Join us for Leave the Trees, Please, a fun-filled drama workshop for children aged 5–12, inspired by Benjamin Zephaniah's beautiful story of friendship, nature, and hope.
