Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra is returning to The Mowlem Showbar this November with their Tea Time Trio Cake Concert! 🍰 🎶

Enjoy a relaxed morning of beautiful live music, featuring flute, harp and cello. From classical favourites to light film music, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!

Tickets include light refreshments and cake, making this a lovely, dementia-friendly event.

This series of events has been co-ordinated by Artsreach, the county’s rural arts charity, with thanks to support from the Talbot Village Trust, Dorset Community Foundation and The Britford Bridge Trust.

Mark Steel is heading to The Mowlem with his brand new tour 'What The F*** Is Going On?'

In his hit BBC Radio 4 show ‘Mark Steel’s In Town’, Mark tries to explain simply and plainly how each town works. In this brand-new show he’ll do the same, but for the state of the world. He’ll be calmly and gently yelling in exasperation at the crazy fruitbat bonkers eruptions of infuriating insanity that blasts in every direction at us all, so that at the end of the show it all makes sense and we can relax in a dreamy sense of well-being and never be bothered by anything ever again.
