Spotlight on who will be joining us alongside and in August!

Best known as the lead vocalist, keyboardist and guitarist for the legendary Hot Chip. As a solo artist, Alexis has produced seven amazing albums, with the latest, “Paris In The Spring”, released in March. This album features guest appearances from Air’s Nicolas Godin, The Avalanches, Lola Kirke and Green Gartside.

📣 New show announcement! 📣
We’re thrilled to welcome Knats to ‘In The Nave’ at St Peter’s on Thursday November 5th.

Knats, a quintet led by two lifelong best mates from Newcastle Upon Tyne, Stan Woodward (Bass) and King David-Ike Elechi (Drums), alongside their younger sidekick and virtuoso Trumpeter, Ferg Kilsby, making Geordie Jazz, with sophisticated arrangements, strong melodies and danceable grooves.

After moving to London at the end of 2022, Knats took London by storm playing sold out Jazz Refreshed and Rough Trade East headliners, supporting Str4ta at a sold Jazz Cafe and performing for the BBC proms; as well as working with and backing the likes of Geordie Greep and Eddie Chacon and collaborating with major fashion brands Palace, Beams and Arc’teryx.

After signing to Gearbox Records at the beginning of 2024, 2025 saw Knats release their debut self-titled album at Damon Albarn’s Studio 13 mixed by the legendary Hugh Padgham.

The album has gained critical acclaim from the likes of Jazzwise, Rolling Stone Japan, The Guardian and many more.

Catch them this Sunday on the 📺 on Later with Jools Holland alongside Sam Smith, Arlo Parks, Shania Twain & Angine De Poitrone!

Definitely not to be missed!

A taste of one of the artists joining us in Dorset for our birthday weekend!
This is the incredible @‌fionaleeofficial !

She’s a brilliant British indie-rock singer-songwriter from Howden, East Yorkshire, renowned for her formidable live vocals, deeply confessional storytelling, and crunching, guitar-driven anthems

Her defining breakthrough revolves around her highly praised 2026 EP titled Nothing Compares To Nineteen.

She has rapidly graduated from bedroom acoustic sessions to playing major festivals like Big Feastival and Tramlines, as well as recording a live session at Maida Vale Studios

One for fans of Sam Fender, PJ Harvey, Bruce Springsteen, and Alanis Morissette.

This month we welcome the brilliant to as she opens for ✨Here’s your first clip of what to expect from Natalie…

If you haven’t already heard of her, Natalie is a hugely unique artist that is razor focused on sonic journeys that uncover the past and that capture the environments and people that have shaped her.

She spent many years writing and recording on various pianos across the Yorkshire Dales using her grandfather’s old reel-to-reel tape recorder and in a world of fast paced, modern production, Natalie leans back into warmth and history.

Her songs bring out the stories of the listed buildings she records in and of the tapes she uses to capture her sound.

Across her career she has received support from BBC Radio 1, BBC 6 Music Mixtape, Balamii Radio’s Power of Song, and NTS Radio.

+ she’s performed at The London Jazz Festival, Abbey Road Studios x BBC Introducing, Wilderness Festival, IDLER Festival, The Royal Albert Hall, The Royal Academy of Arts, and LSO St Lukes to name a few.

We can’t wait to have her join us “In the Nave” this month!
