LEFTLION, Sept 2026
Big thanks for the interview LeftLion Magazine

“Ben believes that after this year of getting “off the hamster wheel”, to learn, evaluate and strategise, Art Fest will return with a bigger bang. Until then, keep your eyes peeled for new murals popping up in and around the city; look out for tour tickets, and get to know the artists behind our streets’ brightest corners.”

Know an artist who’d love to paint murals? Tag them below.

2026 has already been our busiest year yet.

We’ve been painting murals, delivering projects, exploring public art across the USA, partnering with incredible organisations and spending time thinking about what Art Fest becomes next.

This autumn will look a little different.

Alongside the public art commissions we’re already delivering, we’ll be launching a programme of artist-led street art tours, talks and an exhibition, while also introducing the Art Fest Collective – a free way for artists to put themselves forward for future paid mural commissions.

If you’ve painted with us before, volunteered, supported the festival or simply enjoy what we do, thank you. Art Fest wouldn’t exist without you.

Take a look through the slides to see what’s coming up and how you can get involved.
