So you’ve heard about a £500 car rally in Europe… and you’re wondering how the chaos doesn’t swallow the schedule. Turns out it’s all very real: a proper rally format, a battle-tested handbook, route planning that actually accounts for ferries and meeting points, and just enough mischief to keep the day interesting. In Europe, the “cheap car, big story” bit is only half the trick—the other half is the infrastructure and know-how that turns it into a social road trip, not a logistics nightmare. If you can rally with mates and fancy a fundraising drive through proper scenery, this is the blueprint.
