A statement from the chairman 😎

“To all the unsung heroes who gave their time and effort at yesterday’s Craft & Country Fair 🌾

I need you to know how much you were appreciated. The show really couldn’t have happened without you.

The feedback from the public, stall holders and acts has been almost universally in praise of the event, its planning, its organisation, its ‘vibe’ and that’s all down to every single person who contributed, no matter how small the job.

With year one out of the way, we can now move forward and keep giving our village and local community what they want.

Calling all little explorers 🐑🐷🐔

Many of our stalls will be hiding a stuffed farmyard animal, and the challenge is to find them all.

Pick up your worksheet when you arrive.

Head off around the field to spot every animal.

One tip from us: bring a pencil so you can fill it in as you go ✏️

A proper little adventure for the kids, and a lovely way to see every corner of the fair.

🎯 NEW FOR 2026! HAVE-A-GO SPORTS! 🎾🏹🏐

We’re bringing something completely new to this year’s Whittington Craft & Country Fair and we’re getting everyone involved! 🙌

For the first time ever, we’ll have a Have-A-Go Sports section, giving visitors the chance to try their hand at a whole range of different sports. Whether you’re naturally sporty or usually the one sitting on the sidelines cheering everyone else on, this is your chance to have a go! 😆

There’ll be plenty of opportunities to try something new, challenge your friends and family, and perhaps discover a hidden sporting talent along the way! 🏆

No need to be an expert, no fancy equipment required and absolutely no pressure to be the next Wimbledon champion. Just turn up, have a go and have some fun! 💪

It’s all part of our mission to make this year’s fair bigger, more exciting and packed with something for everyone.

Just some of the amazing, crafty and creative stalls coming to this year’s Whittington Craft & Country Fair! 🌿🐑

From beautiful handmade creations and unique gifts to delicious treats (for you and the dog), country-inspired goodies and plenty of things you won’t find on the high street, there’ll be something to catch everyone’s eye! 🛍️🎨

Our craft and shopping area is always a favourite, with talented local makers, small businesses and creatives bringing along their wonderful products. Whether you’re looking for a special gift, something gorgeous for your home, a treat for yourself (because you deserve it 😉) or simply fancy a browse, make sure you leave plenty of time to explore the stalls!

And, of course, that’s just one small part of what’s happening at this year’s show… 👀
