Join Calgary Concert Opera for an inspiring afternoon showcasing the next generation of operatic talent. Featuring Calgary’s newest and emerging opera singers alongside experienced professionals, this concert presents a vibrant selection of beloved arias, duets, and ensembles from some of opera’s greatest composers.

Founded in 2011, Calgary Concert Opera Company has spent 15 years presenting accessible opera performances in Calgary while supporting the growth of emerging and established Canadian artists through performance and mentorship opportunities. Performing in an intimate concert format, the company brings opera’s greatest music to audiences while creating meaningful opportunities for singers at every stage of their careers. Calgary Concert Opera is committed to continuing these important opportunities for future generations of singers and audiences.

From Studio to Stage: Calgary’s Next Generation of Opera Voices

From first professional performances to seasoned artists sharing the stage, this special concert celebrates the journey from studio to stage, offering audiences the opportunity to discover exciting new voices while enjoying some of opera’s most beautiful and dramatic music.

This concert is the sixth in a Series of many Choral Concerts during 2026 that is generously sponsored by Gene and Elizabeth Maurice.
