Every year Canada DanceSport (CDS) holds the Canadian Closed DanceSport Championships to determine its representatives to the WDSF World Championships, which are typically held in Europe. Canadian Champions are named in Standard, Latin and Ten Dance in six age categories from Juvenile all the way to Senior IV. ips, a full-slate of syllabus competitions will be held in both Standard and Latin, for Newcomer to Pre-Championship levels, and in age categories from Juvenile to Senior IV.
