📣 STALLHOLDER APPLICATIONS ARE STILL OPEN! 📣

Planning for the 2026 Meadows Country Fair is well underway, and we’re still looking for stallholders to join us on Sunday 18 October! 🌿🐄

Our food vendor spaces are now 95% full, so we are only looking for a couple of specific additions to complete our food line-up:

🥔 Baked Potato Vendors
🍕 Pizza Vendors

For all other stall categories, applications are still fully open! We’d especially love to hear from stallholders offering:

🎨 Henna
🐶 Dog treats / pet treats

But we’re still open to all other types of stalls and would love to hear from businesses, makers, producers, community groups, exhibitors and anyone with something great to showcase, sell or share.

With thousands of visitors attending the Fair each year, it’s a fantastic opportunity to get your products, services or organisation in front of a huge crowd.
