EXPRESSION OF INTEREST OPEN OCTOBER 1st❤️🌸

Just a friendly reminder that expressions of interest (EOI) for the 2027 Meadows 4 Day Easter Fair open on the 1st of October 🙂.

We are excited to announce that we have added new stall spaces for our 2027 event after being oversubscribed this year. To give everyone a smoother experience, we are opening the application process earlier than usual ⭐️ October 1st. This extra time will allow us to respond in better time, assist with planning, and help with communication for both our team and vendors.

We look forward to hearing from you and seeing you all over the Easter long weekend for another exciting event! 😁

We are thrilled to welcome some fresh creative talent to the Meadows 4 Day Easter Fair! 🎪🎨

Following the success of last year's vibrant bunting and giant carrots both made with repurposed-fabric ✂️, we can’t wait to see what new festive decor is dreamed up for the fair. 🐰❤️

So keep an eye out for our new "decor bunnies" lending an extra hand over the Easter weekend in 2027.

NEW RADIO PARTNERSHIP FOR THE EASTER FAIR 🎙️🎪

We are excited to announce a new radio and media partnership between Lofty 88.9 Adelaide Hills and the Meadows 4 Day Easter Fair for 2027. 🎙️❤️

Lofty FM is the Adelaide hills primary community radio station. Providing community outreach, specialised shows and music across the region for all ages and demographics.

We see community as an important part of the Meadows Easter Fair, and being able to have good music, live interviews and outreach across the hills at the event is an important addition. 😊

We look forward to seeing them LIVE 🎧 at the 2027 Meadows Easter Fair.

We are excited to announce we are working with the Men’s Shed to create some new and fun things for future Meadows 4 Day Easter Fairs. ❤️🎪

Our mission is to create a fun and inclusive Easter event for all ages, and by involving the Mens Shed with things we are looking at getting built. We feel this is a great way to grow the event further whilst having a positive impact.

More details will be released as we progress some exciting new creations. 🙂

TECHNOLOGY & NETWORK UPDATES 🛜🙂

With planning underway for the 2027 Meadows Easter Fair, we are currently working on upgrading the events network and technology options to make payments and signal easier for all stallholders.

In past years the event has had issues with high traffic and volumes of phone data, and we are looking to address this prior to the 2027 event to make it easier for everyone involved.

More details will be available to stallholders and patrons soon.

SUPPORTING THE SMITH FAMILY RAFFLE❤️

Each year the Meadows 4 Day Easter Fair runs our annual ‘The Smith Family Raffle’ to raise money for local kids doing it tough or who need help at school.

Why we support The Smith Family:

This is an initiative we started a few years back after hearing how The Smith Family helped and supported one of our friendly stallholders and her daughter when they needed support most.

From there we wanted to support and give to an organisation that not only was locally based, but also had a real impact that you could see in people’s every day lives. And so the Raffle was born. 🙂

❤️ Each year we are overwhelmed by stallholders giving generously of their time and goods to support this cause, and equally by patrons who are happy to support and buy raffle tickets. All of which goes to support and continue The Smith Families work.

UPDATE:
We are excited to say that this year the raffle has raised enough money for us to sponsor a child here in SA and support them with their schooling for over 12 months. We hope to be able to add to this each year, and through stakeholder and patron support increase the positive impact the raffle can have here in SA. 😊
