These girls have already made huge improvements this spring season! AFA 12U Roberts battled it out all weekend, coming from behind not once, but twice in the final inning. They went 4-1 for the weekend taking home 3rd place in the gold bracket. Great job, girls! #💪🥎

📅 Dates:
Monday, March 9th - Wednesday, May 20th

📆 Schedule:
• 2–3x per week
• Monday-Thursday
• Make-up lifts available Fridays at 4:00 PM

⏱ 11 total training weeks

🔥 This program is designed to improve strength, speed, power, and injury prevention for baseball & softball athletes.

⚠️ HS athletes playing high school ball should choose the 2x/week option.
