Our Thursday vendor spotlight is...Brew and Blossom! Brew & Blossom brings small-batch Chinese teas from garden to cup, with a focus on origin, craftsmanship, and education. Founded by tea science graduate Shirley Chen, the brand works directly with family tea makers and partner growers in China to share teas with clear provenance and distinctive character.

Festival attendees can explore a curated lineup of Chinese loose-leaf teas and learn how factors like cultivar, harvest season, and processing shape aroma and taste. We will also offer guided tastings and informal tea demonstrations at the booth, designed to help both beginners and tea enthusiasts build sensory vocabulary and enjoy Chinese tea more deeply. We're excited to see them at this year's festival!

Our next vendor is...JETRO! JETRO, or the Japan External Trade Organization, is a government-related organization that works to promote mutual trade and investment between Japan and the rest of the world. With all of the Japanese tea at the festival, we do count on trade organizations. Come and thank them for all they do, while you drink some matcha, sencha or Hōjicha.

Hello Everyone! For our vendor spotlight today we have...HARIO! HARIO has been in the business of making heat-proof glassware for over 100 years in Japan. That means no matter what brew of tea or coffee you brew, HARIO has you covered. Be sure to check out their new matcha collection, a sleek design for however you drink your matcha . One aspect of HARIO that I really love, is that if you are in need of only a part of your product, they have an entire catalogue of spare parts for most products. While they sell online and around the world, you are able to check out their product starting in just a few weeks at the Northwest Tea Festival.
