RME Show Stables currently has two stalls available, and we are looking for the right riders to join our small, dedicated team. 🐴💙

We welcome competitive junior riders and passionate adult amateurs who are motivated to learn, grow, and compete regularly at rated horse shows — while being part of a positive, supportive barn where both horse and rider receive individualized attention.

At RME, we believe wholeheartedly in QUALITY OVER QUANTITY.

🌟 HORSE CARE IS AT THE HEART OF OUR PROGRAM 🌟

Our horses enjoy:

🐴 Spacious 20’ x 20’ stalls
🌾 Multiple quality feedings throughout the day
💧 Large water buckets that allow us to closely monitor each horse’s water intake — especially important during our Arizona summers
🧹 Stalls cleaned 7 days a week
🪰 Daily fly spray during the summer months
❄️ Cool-down treatments as needed during the warmer months
⚡ In-house PEMF/Pulse therapy available
❤️ Individualized attention and care every day

We are also fortunate to be conveniently located within approximately 5–10 minutes of several leading equine veterinary hospitals, including Cave Creek Equine, Copper Ridge Equine and Chaparral Veterinary Medical Center, as well as being close to a hospital for our riders.

📍 Conveniently located just off I-17 & Carefree Highway.

But what truly makes RME special is our small, passionate team.

Our barn is home to a wonderful group of dedicated adult amateur riders along with a competitive junior rider who would absolutely love to have another junior or two to train, travel and horse show alongside. 🏆🐴

We aren’t looking to become the biggest barn.

We are looking for the right riders.

If you are a motivated junior or adult amateur who loves your horse, wants to continue developing as a rider, enjoys being part of a supportive team, and has goals of competing regularly at rated shows, we would love to meet you.

The Oaks gave Team RME a week of memorable rides, meaningful progress, and plenty to be proud of. I’m grateful for the dedication our riders bring to their horses and to each other, and especially excited to celebrate a remarkable new partnership. 🐴✨

Calena Strati and Clase Azul (“Classy”) made their show debut together after just a couple of months getting to know each other at home. In Calena’s first classes above .90m, they stepped into the 1.10m jumpers and earned 1st and 3rd in classes of more than 30 riders! On Sunday, Calena fulfilled the thrill of riding a 1.10m jumper stake in the Grand Prix arena. One rail couldn’t take the smile off her face—she came out ready to do it all again. 🏆

Alexandra Mackey’s Magic and Ryan competed in the 3’6” Performance Hunters on the grass. With this being only Magic’s third time out in the division, we could not be happier with his progress. His heart and outstanding quality over fences make every step forward especially exciting.

Avery Bird and Ryan had a great time competing with Timeless in the hunters throughout the week. There were lessons to take home, consistent top ribbons to celebrate, and plenty of fun along the way.

A special thank-you to Spencer for the amazing work he does back at the barn and ringside, preparing all of our horses and making sure our riders know their horses are beautifully turned out. He goes above and beyond with every detail, and we truly couldn’t do it without him. Thank you, Spencer. ♥️🙏🏽

Horse shows give us opportunities to grow as well as moments to celebrate. I’m proud of the work this team has put in, the partnerships we’re building with our horses, and the way everyone keeps looking ahead. Calena’s joy and determination captured that spirit beautifully this week. On to the next one, Team RME! 💙

✨ INTRODUCING “PAPA HARLEY” ✨
Purebred Welsh Pony Stallion | 2027 Breeding Season

Some stallions simply make you stop and look — Papa Harley is one of them.

Absolutely gorgeous, correct, intelligent, and backed by coveted Welsh bloodlines, Papa Harley represents so many of the qualities we value in producing exceptional Hunter ponies: type, quality, athleticism, temperament, and pedigree.

Sire: Skellorn Dauphinoir
Dam: Gayfields Yum! Yum!

Papa Harley is a full brother to our highly regarded Gayfield hunter pony mares:

⭐ Harley’s Skyblue Pink
⭐ June Smiling
⭐ Brandy W**e

For those who know our program and the ponies we have produced, you already know why we are so excited about this stallion.

Papa Harley will be recorded as a Section B Welsh and will be available to a select number of mares for the 2027 breeding season.

We are also open to discussing a partnership opportunity with the right person or program.

This is a stallion we believe has an incredibly exciting future, both in our breeding program and as a sire for breeders looking to produce quality ponies for the Hunter/Jumper market.

And yes… for everyone who has been wondering what we’ve been up to at the barn lately — this is one of the reasons. 😉
