WHAT MAKES SPORTS FUN FOR KIDS?

This was studied by Visek et al. and the National Institute of Health in 2015. Sports participants have the most fun when they get to:

- Play well together as a team
- Get to experience significant playing time
- Feel supported and get to show their support for others
- Get to feel they have exercised hard and been tested
- When they have coaches who treat them with respect
