Join Ottawa University at the Kansas City Zoo & Aquarium as we celebrate World Otter Day and our sponsorship of the North American River Otter Exhibit.

The river otter is the sacred animal of the Ottawa Tribe and was adopted as the fun, interactive mascot for the OU Braves in 1999 — giving us everyone’s favorite mascot, Gibby! ❤️

Stop by, say hello, snap a photo with Gibby, and celebrate this special connection between Ottawa University, the Ottawa Tribe, and the Kansas City Zoo.
