Who will be the 2026 Ringside for Riley Judge?

This is a special opportunity to represent Ringside for Riley and help raise awareness and support for Riley Hospital for Children!

The selected representative will:

🐮 Judge the 2026 Ringside for Riley Adult Showmanship Competition at the Hoosier Beef Congress alongside an adult judge
❤️ Have their Riley story shared through Ringside for Riley, IBCA, IJBCA, HBC social media and other media outlets
📣 Be featured in Ringside for Riley fundraising efforts benefiting Riley Hospital for Children
🤝 Help support Ringside for Riley fundraising efforts throughout the year

Who can apply?

Nominees must:
• Be 11-21 years old (must be IJBCA eligible)
• Have previously received or currently be receiving treatment at Riley Hospital for Children
• Have experience showing cattle

If you have a Riley story to share and would love the opportunity to represent this incredible cause, we want to hear from you!

New for the 40th Anniversary 2026 Hoosier Beef Congress!!

- A division will be offered for Maine Angus heifers.

- New DNA parent verification requirements for Miniature Hereford heifers and steer.

- AOB division has been changed to All Other Purebreds (AOP) with new eligibility requirements. Must be registered as a purebred with a National Breed Association that does not already have a division offered for any animals registered with that Association/Breed.

- The Hoosier Beef Congress Sale will not take place in 2026.

Rules and schedules have been updated and posted on the website, www.indianabeef.org and www.hoosierbeefcongress.com

Entries will open on Sept 15 with the regular entry deadline of November 1st and the late entry deadline of November 20th.

Breed show order will be released soon.

Ringside for Riley isn't your conventional cattle competition. While the event is entertaining, the focus is to make sure kids have access to Riley.
