The EZER Effect is a LIVE encounter.

Three days set apart to come back into alignment with God’s original design for you as a woman.
COVENANT.

Remembering who you belong to and what you’ve said YES to.
PILLAR.

Becoming a woman who can stand—anchored in truth, strengthened by God, and able to carry what He has entrusted to her.

RESTORED.

Not becoming someone new, but returning to what God intended before disappointment, wounds, culture, fear, and the opinions of others tried to redefine you.

Worship. Truth. Prayer. Activation. Sisterhood. Holy Spirit encounters.

And I believe women are going to leave Houston different than they came.

I think one of the most beautiful things about this weekend is that nobody comes in “having it all together.”

People come weary.
Hopeful.
Nervous.
Curious.
Hungry for more.

And somehow God meets every person differently.
Some leave with clarity.

Some leave healed.

Some leave finally feeling seen again.

I’ve watched women walk into rooms carrying shame and leave carrying peace.

Not because of a perfect event… but because God is still near to the brokenhearted.

There’s something so powerful about simple obedience. 🤍
When you choose to say yes to God — even without knowing exactly what He’s going to do — He meets you there.

Hearing testimonies like this reminds us that breakthrough often begins with surrender. With showing up. With going deeper. With trusting that God is already moving before we can even see it.

You never know what God may do through one encounter, one moment, one yes.

We’re expectant for all He’s about to do. ✨

I think sometimes we convince ourselves we missed our moment because life got busy… because we’ve been tired… because we don’t feel “ready or because we are too young or too old… whatever story you are playing in your head…

God has never waited for perfection to encounter people.
Some of the women walking through these doors are carrying heartbreak. Some are coming expectant. Some are simply hoping to feel close to God again.

And every single one is welcome.

If you’ve been going back and forth wondering if you should come… maybe this is your sign.

Before anything else… before the conversations, the teachings, the breakthrough—there will be worship.

Because worship has always been the starting place.

The place where striving ends.
Where walls come down.
Where hearts soften again.

We’ve been praying for the women coming into this room—the weary, the hungry, the ones carrying things too heavy to explain.

And maybe what your heart needs most isn’t another answer.
Maybe it’s His presence.

A place to come back to the heart of worship.
To remember your first love.
To lay it all down again.

In worship, He meets us.
He restores us.
He reminds us who we are.

And honestly… I keep thinking about the women who are supposed to be in that room.

The ones carrying silent battles.
The ones who have been pouring out for everyone else.
The ones who are tired, hungry for God, and desperate for clarity.

The Ezer Effect was created with you in mind.

Not to impress you.
Not to entertain you.
But to make room for God to meet you deeply.
To remind you who you are.
To help you hear again.
To let your heart exhale.
