WASHINGTON COURT HOUSE, Ohio — Local 11-year-old Rylie Leighann Smith captured two major honors at the 50th Anniversary Vent Haven International Ventriloquist Convention in Erlanger, Kentucky, just seven months after receiving her first puppet.

I am enjoying performing this show so much and so to have it recognised like this alongside so many incredible shows is immense. It’s also a big ol’ hooray for ventriloquism too!

What a pleasure to see Doug Mickan perform today in Alburgh, VT. On a beautiful summer day, Doug entertained a bleacher full of people delighted by his show. There were kids in the audience, so not comfortable showing their faces (without a mask), but parents and grandparents alike were thoroughly entertained. This is what we want to see! YOU out there doing shows and spreading joy with our art!
