Chef Pako Venalonzo, of Venalonzo’s Tacos, will be stepping into The Battle of the Beef Masters at the Colorado Beef Festival, where Chefs, Restaurants, and Grill Masters, will go head-to-head in a live cooking competition to see who has the beef bragging rights!
