Did you know the Armour Water Tower has stood in the Stockyards for over a century?

Built around 1920, it once served the Armour meatpacking plant, supplying water to one of the area’s most important industrial operations in the area. In 2020, the 150-foot tower was carefully relocated just a few hundred yards to its current home at The Yards. It was fully restored, cleaned, and repainted, including its original Armour logo.

Today, it stands as a historic landmark at the heart of the Stockyards Event Center. Next time you visit, you can’t miss it🏗️💧
