John Nygren is a renowned American Master Glass Artist from Stokes County, North Carolina. Throughout his 40-year career, love of nature and the environment have been persistent themes. His work has been shown in more than 350 exhibitions throughout the world. Collections that have featured his work include the Asheville Art Museum, the Sheldon Memorial Art Gallery and Sculpture Garden, the R.J. Reynolds Collection, the Corning Museum of Glass, The Mint Museums, and the Smithsonian Institute.
Proceeds of every sale from the John Nygren Collection support the Gypsy Hollingsworth Fiber Arts Program of the Stokes County Arts Council. Contact 336 593-3799.
