People always ask me, “How did you come up with the Mimosa Takeover?”

Well, funny story! 😂

It all started during one of my morning walks while I was on the phone with my bestie. We were talking about my Mornings Are for Mimosas event, and she suggested that I turn it into a conference.

And I was like, “Girl, there are already enough conferences out here!” 😂

But as we kept talking, a lightbulb went off.

I said, “Wait a minute…what if I did a FESTIVAL?!”

I'm talking music, food trucks, vendors, good vibes, and of course, ALL THINGS MIMOSAS! 🥂

And just like that, Mimosa Fest was born!

What started as an idea during a morning walk eventually evolved into what you now know as the Mimosa Takeover!

And the best part? We're just getting started!

So stick around, because we've got a whole lot more in store. Cheers! 🥂

Hey boo! 🎃 Necoya is here to make the Blood Orange Mimosa!

This Halloween mimosa recipe is perfect for spooky season. 👻 Here's how to make it:

- Rim the glass with simple syrup and edible black glitter
- Place 1 dried orange slice in the bottom of the glass
- Pour Frizzante Blood Orange European Soda - we used the Wegmans brand
- Top with Chandon Garden Spritz
- Sprinkle edible orange glitter
- Enjoy!
