With 39,000 unique and over 120,000 turnstile attendance in 2019, MomoCon is one of the fastest growing all ages conventions in the country. Fans of Japanese Anime, American Animation, Comics, Video Games, and Tabletop Games come together to celebrate their passion by costuming / cosplay, browsing the huge exhibitors hall, meeting celebrity voice talent, designers, and writers behind their favorite shows, games, and comics and much much more over this 4 day event.

Play together. Give back. Change lives. Charlie's Collectible Show is dedicating its Friday tournaments to the kids on October 30, from 7–10 PM, as part of the Week of Giving with CHOA and MomoCon!

A $5 donation gets you in the game for Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Lorcana, and One Piece, with free entry and free parking. Through Extra Life, 100% of funds raised stay local right here in Atlanta. 💜

Desert Bus for Hope is happening now! Be a part and help raise money for Child's Play, a registered charity dedicated to improving the lives of children undergoing treatment in the hospital with toys and games. The charity supports a network of over 180 hospitals worldwide!

Started in 2007 by internet sketch comedy group LoadingReadyRun, Desert Bus for Hope combines video games and tedium to benefit charity. Desert Bus is the world's longest running internet-based fundraiser and has raised more than $10 million for Child's Play over its eighteen-year history.

Desert Bus is a great example of what happens when a huge community of people from all over the world - organizers, volunteers, crafters, sponsors, and viewers - come together to achieve a common goal.

We are thrilled to announce the guest appearance of Takaya Imamura at MomoCon 2027!

During his 32-year career at Nintendo, he contributed to numerous iconic titles, including the F-ZERO series, the Star Fox series, and The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask. For the F-ZERO series, he designed characters such as Captain Falcon and helped establish the series’ distinctive visual style and universe. In the Star Fox series, he created iconic characters including Fox McCloud, Falco Lombardi, and Wolf O’Donnell, playing a key role in shaping the franchise’s visual identity. He also served as Art Director for The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask, contributing to its unique characters and imaginative world.

After leaving Nintendo in 2021, Imamura became a professor at the International Professional University of Technology, where he shares his experience with the next generation of creators. Alongside teaching, he continues to work actively as an illustrator and artist, both in Japan and internationally.

His original science-fiction manga, OMEGA 6, which he wrote and illustrated, has been published in France, Japan, and North America, with the English edition released by Dark Horse Comics. The manga also inspired the video game OMEGA 6: The Triangle Stars, released for Nintendo Switch and Steam.
