PT | No dia 4 de setembro, cerca de 100 pessoas reuniram-se no Parque Intergeracional do Couto de Cima para uma noite muito especial de curtas-metragens de animação, da curadoria do CINANIMA, pensada para os mais pequenos e para toda a família.

A iniciativa, organizada pela Associação Quinta Oficina , em parceria com a Junta de Freguesia, começa já a afirmar-se como um verdadeiro evento da freguesia. E, pelos muitos “até para o ano!” que se ouviram no final, parece que temos encontro marcado! 🎥

Esta atividade está inserida no “VII-MOST - Programação internacional de mediação cultural em meio rural”, apoiada pelo Município de Viseu através do EixoCultura.

Obrigado a todos os que participaram e tornaram esta noite tão especial!

EN | On 4 September, around 100 people gathered at the Couto de Cima Intergenerational Park for a very special evening of animated short films, curated by CINANIMA and designed for young children and the whole family.

The initiative, organised by the Quinta Oficina Association in partnership with the Parish Council, is already establishing itself as a real parish event. And, judging by the many “see you next year!” comments heard at the end, it seems we have a date! 🎥

This activity is part of “VII-MOST - International Program for Cultural Mediation in Rural Areas,” supported by the Municipality of Viseu through EixoCultura.

PT | F**a a conhecer o 𝐉ú𝐫𝐢 𝐝𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢çã𝐨 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐞 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐬-𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐬 desta 50.ª edição do CINANIMA!

✯ 𝐀𝐧𝐝𝐫é 𝐋𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚 é um ilustrador e editor português, nascido em Lisboa em 1973. Recebeu vários prémios nacionais e internacionais e, em 2010, fundou a editora Pato Lógico. Além da ilustração, dedica-se à animação, cenografia e oficinas criativas.

✯ 𝐅𝐥ó𝐫𝐚 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐚 𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐚 cresceu em Budapeste, Hungria, onde estudou artes visuais, moda e, mais tarde, animação. Após concluir os estudos na MOME, iniciou a sua atividade profissional com a curta-metragem “Entropia”, que estreou na Berlinale, onde venceu o 33.º Prémio Teddy.

✯ 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐯í𝐧𝐚 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐯í𝐧𝐨𝐯á é especialista em cinema de animação, dramaturga, programadora e professora na FAMU, em Praga. A sua área de especialização inclui dramaturgia e gestão de projetos. É dramaturga do Anifilm e coordenadora da AFN no Anifilm. Trabalhou em festivais e nos Barrandov Studios, participou em vários júris internacionais e realizou curtas-metragens de animação premiadas.

✯ 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐝 é cofundador e diretor criativo da Aardman, estúdio que fundou em 1972. É realizador e produtor de animação, tendo recebido várias nomeações para os Óscares® e BAFTA, destacando-se pelos filmes” Adam”, “Wat’s Pig”, “Chicken Run” e “Pirates!”.

✯ Š𝐩𝐞𝐥𝐚 Č𝐚𝐝𝐞ž é realizadora de animação e cofundadora do Finta Studio, na Eslovénia. Trabalha como realizadora e produtora independente desde 2008, destacando-se pelos seus filmes de animação com marionetas e recortes, que receberam diversos prémios internacionais, como “Boles”, “Nighthawk” e “Steakhouse”.

EN | Meet the 𝐉𝐮𝐫𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐦 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 for the 50th edition of CINANIMA!

✯ 𝐀𝐧𝐝𝐫é 𝐋𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚 is a Portuguese illustrator and publisher, born in Lisbon in 1973. He has received several national and international awards and, in 2010, founded the publishing house Pato Lógico. As well as illustration, he is involved in animation, set design and creative workshops.

✯ 𝐅𝐥ó𝐫𝐚 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐚 𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐚 grew up in Budapest, Hungary, where she studied visual arts, fashion and, later, animation. After completing her studies at MOME, she began her professional career with the short film “Entropy”, which premiered at the Berlinale, where it won the 33rd Teddy Award.

✯ 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐯í𝐧𝐚 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐯í𝐧𝐨𝐯á is an expert in animated film, a screenwriter, a programmer and a lecturer at FAMU in Prague. Her areas of expertise include dramaturgy and project management. She is a dramaturg for Anifilm and the AFN coordinator at Anifilm. She has worked at festivals and at Barrandov Studios, served on several international juries and directed award-winning animated short films.

✯ 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐝 is co-founder and creative director of Aardman, the studio he founded in 1972. He is an animation director and producer, having received several Oscar® and BAFTA nominations, and is best known for the films “Adam”, “Wat’s Pig”, “Chicken Run” and “Pirates!”.

✯ Š𝐩𝐞𝐥𝐚 Č𝐚𝐝𝐞ž is an animation director and co-founder of Finta Studio in Slovenia. She has been working as an independent director and producer since 2008, and is best known for her puppet and cut-out animation films, which have won numerous international awards, such as “Boles”, “Nighthawk” and “Steakhouse”.

✯ 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 é cineasta, escritor e especialista em edição e pós-produção. Trabalhou na Pixar e na American Zoetrope, colaborando em projetos de cinema e animação. Atualmente, lidera projetos criativos, dá workshops internacionais e trabalha com a Fundação EMA.

✯ 𝐃𝐊 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐡𝐦𝐚𝐧 (𝐃𝐨𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐚 𝐊𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐚) é realizadora, argumentista e editora, formada pela Academia de Belas Artes de Varsóvia. É autora e diretora de Loving Vincent, premiado internacionalmente e nomeado para o Oscar, BAFTA e Globo de Ouro. É membro de várias academias de cinema e trabalha há mais de dez anos com a BreakThru Films.

✯ 𝐋𝐮í𝐬 𝐔𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐨 é licenciado em Economia, fundou em 1996 a cooperativa Curtas Metragens, responsável pelo Curtas Vila do Conde e pela Agência da Curta Metragem. Desde 2005, é produtor na O Som e a Fúria, onde produziu cerca de 65 filmes de realizadores nacionais e internacionais.

EN | Meet the Jury for the International Feature Film Competition!

✯ 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 is a filmmaker, writer and specialist in editing and post-production. He has worked at Pixar and American Zoetrope, collaborating on film and animation projects. He currently leads creative projects, runs international workshops and works with the EMA Foundation.

✯ 𝐃𝐊 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐡𝐦𝐚𝐧 (𝐃𝐨𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐚 𝐊𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐚) is a director, screenwriter and editor, a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. She is the writer and director of Loving Vincent, an internationally acclaimed film nominated for an Oscar, a BAFTA and a Golden Globe. She is a member of several film academies and has been working with BreakThru Films for over ten years.

✯ 𝐋𝐮í𝐬 𝐔𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐨 holds a degree in Economics; in 1996, he founded the Curtas Metragens cooperative, which runs Curtas Vila do Conde and the Short Film Agency. Since 2005, he has been a producer at O Som e a Fúria, where he has produced around 65 films by national and international directors.

PT | Apresentamos-te o Júri Internacional de Obras de Estudantes!

✯ 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐚 𝐃𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐫𝐚 é professora, animadora e investigadora, coordenadora de cursos de Animação e Design de Jogos na AKTO. Com vasta experiência académica e profissional, dedica-se à animação, realidade virtual, tecnologias emergentes e jogos acessíveis. É presidente da ASIFA International.

✯ 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐳𝐳𝐨𝐧𝐞 é uma realizadora e artista de animação 2D italiana, com mais de 20 anos de experiência em cinema, televisão e artes performativas. Desenvolve projetos multidisciplinares e workshops de animação, promovendo a participação e a literacia cinematográfica. Colabora com festivais internacionais e, em 2022, recebeu o prémio de Melhor Realizadora Europeia no Cortoons Gandia Festival.

✯ 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐢𝐭 𝐏ä𝐫𝐧 é um reconhecido cineasta de animação, caricaturista e ilustrador estónio. Com uma longa carreira no cinema e na educação, leciona atualmente na Academia de Artes da Estónia e ilustrou mais de 20 livros infantis.

EN | Let us introduce you to the International Student Films Jury!

✯ 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐚 𝐃𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐫𝐚 is a lecturer, animator and researcher, and coordinator of the Animation and Game Design courses at AKTO. With extensive academic and professional experience, she specialises in animation, virtual reality, emerging technologies and accessible games. She is president of ASIFA International.

✯ 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐳𝐳𝐨𝐧𝐞 is an Italian director and 2D animation artist with over 20 years’ experience in film, television and the performing arts. She develops multidisciplinary projects and animation workshops, promoting participation and film literacy. She collaborates with international festivals and, in 2022, received the award for Best European Director at the Cortoons Gandia Festival.

✯ 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐢𝐭 𝐏ä𝐫𝐧 is a renowned Estonian animator, cartoonist and illustrator. With a long career in film and education, he currently teaches at the Estonian Academy of Arts and has illustrated more than 20 children’s books.

✯ 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐢𝐚 é formadora, orientadora e profissional de cinema de animação ligada ao CLIA Anilupa (Centro Lúdico da Imagem Animada), da Associação de Ludotecas do Porto.

✯ 𝐍𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐡 integrou o Atelier AAA em 1999, onde se formou em animação e desenvolveu a sua carreira. Desde 2011, dirige o Atelier, coordenando projetos educativos, profissionais e produções audiovisuais, estando também ligada ao Festival de Animação de Annecy.

✯ 𝐍𝐮𝐧𝐨 𝐏𝐞𝐢𝐱𝐨𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐞 𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐡𝐨 é compositor e professor, licenciado em Composição pela ESMAE e doutorado em Ciências e Tecnologia das Artes pela UCP-Porto. A sua obra abrange vários géneros musicais, destacando-se pela transformação e reutilização de música pré-existente. Várias das suas obras foram premiadas em concursos internacionais. Atualmente, leciona em diversas instituições de ensino musical e integra projetos de investigação na área da música.

✯ 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐢𝐚 is a trainer, mentor and animation professional associated with CLIA Anilupa (Moving Image Play Centre), part of the Associação de Ludotecas do Porto.

✯ 𝐍𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐡 joined Atelier AAA in 1999, where she trained in animation and developed her career. Since 2011, she has been directing the studio, coordinating educational and professional projects as well as audiovisual productions, and is also involved with the Annecy Animation Festival.

✯ 𝐍𝐮𝐧𝐨 𝐏𝐞𝐢𝐱𝐨𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐞 𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐡𝐨 is a composer and lecturer, holding a degree in Composition from ESMAE and a PhD in Arts Science and Technology from UCP-Porto. His work spans various musical genres, and is notable for the transformation and reuse of pre-existing music. Several of his works have won awards in international competitions. He currently teaches at various music education institutions and is involved in research projects in the field of music.

✯ 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐨𝐬 𝐋𝐮í𝐬 𝐆𝐚𝐢𝐨 (𝐚.𝐤.𝐚. 𝐂𝐋𝐆) É jurista e ativista cultural, com mais de 30 anos de ligação às artes. Colabora com o CINANIMA desde 1997, onde desempenhou diversas funções, e é ator no Teatro Popular de Espinho desde 1992. É também ativista regular da Nascente – Cooperativa de Ação Cultural. Apaixonado pelo cinema, participa regularmente em festivais e projetos culturais.

✯ 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐟 é uma referência incontornável da animação artesanal. Desde os anos 1960, explora técnicas inovadoras com materiais como areia, vidro e película, criando filmes de grande força emocional e visual.

✯ 𝐉𝐨𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐚 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐧 é uma realizadora de animação britânica, conhecida pela criação da icónica personagem Beryl. O seu trabalho explora, com humor e irreverência, temas como a sexualidade, o corpo, as relações de género e a opressão, tendo conquistado inúmeros prémios internacionais e várias nomeações para os Óscares.

✯ 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐨𝐬 𝐋𝐮í𝐬 𝐆𝐚𝐢𝐨 (𝐚.𝐤.𝐚. 𝐂𝐋𝐆) is a jurist and cultural activist, with over 30 years’ involvement in the arts. He has been working with CINANIMA since 1997, where he has held various roles, and has been an actor at the Teatro Popular de Espinho, since 1992. He is also an activist with Nascente – Cooperativa de Ação Cultural. Passionate about cinema, he regularly takes part in festivals and cultural projects.

✯ 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐟 is a leading figure in hand-drawn animation. Since the 1960s, she has explored innovative techniques using materials such as sand, glass and film, creating films of great emotional and visual power.

🏆 O vencedor desta edição receberá três cursos online da Animationclub School.
