Soon we gather again for days filled with connection, workshops, rituals, dancing, deep conversations, transformation, celebration, and those unforgettable moments that somehow stay with you long after the festival ends.

So yes… it’s time to start preparing your bags!

A few essentials that will help you have the most beautiful experience:

• Water bottle with your name on it
• Blanket if you tend to get cold
• Yoga mat (optional)
• Shawl or sarong for meditations & sound healing
• Massage sheet & massage cream for massage sessions
• Comfortable light clothes for movement and dancing
• Warm clothes for the evenings

Something very special is happening at the European Ta**ra Festival 2026.

In collaboration with festival organiser , we are proud to welcome a groundbreaking research initiative led by D. Vaughn Becker and Arizona State University’s Technologies of Transcendence Initiative exploring the effects of Ta**ra, embodiment, meditation, breathwork, movement, and relational practices on human well-being.

For centuries, these practices have transformed lives through direct experience.
Now, science is beginning to explore what is happening physiologically inside these profound human experiences.

This study will explore how immersive embodiment and ta***ic practices may influence the nervous system, stress regulation, recovery, sleep, emotional balance, and overall well-being over time.

And what makes this especially meaningful to us is this:

The research does not only focus on individual practices in isolation.
It also explores connection, presence, relational depth, and collective embodied experience — areas that have historically been difficult to measure and often deeply misunderstood.

Participants will contribute through simple wearable data such as HRV, sleep, recovery metrics, and short self-reflection surveys before and after the festival experience.

This collaboration has the potential to help bridge ancient embodied wisdom with modern physiological science, contributing to wider conversations around resilience, mental health, nervous system regulation, and human connection.

We are deeply honoured to host and support this pioneering work.

Because we believe these practices matter.
Not only spiritually or emotionally — but physiologically, relationally, and collectively.

And now, together, we begin exploring that more deeply.
