Through ecstatic dance, workshops, concerts & ceremonies we celebrate, breathe and open together, returning home to ourselves♡

Close your eyes for a second and imagine this: It’s July. You hear the first beat of the music echoing. In that moment, the outside world fades away. There is no “should,” no “must,” only the rhythm and the freedom to be.

This is the space we are holding for you, a space to drop the masks, to move through whatever you’re carrying, and to find your way back to your own heartbeat.

What you couldn’t say, you can dance🤍
A room full of people: sober, present, and moved by something real. No performance, no substances. Just the music, whatever rises in you and all that’s been waiting to move🔥

Most of us walked in not knowing what to expect, curious, a little nervous. We came anyway.

With what they are bringing, they really open something up, a shared space where the music moves through you rather than at you. And that’s exactly the kind of energy our dancefloor is built for!✨✨

Alex Serra & Totidub is a nomad and metamorphic Art project inspired by the music of Alex Serra in collaboration with Totidub. The Catalan dúo produced their first album ‘In the Real World’ in 2019, infused with Soul, Downtempo and Dub flavors. The songs were inspired by Alex’s adventures around South America and South Africa, in a four year backpacking journey that he started in 2012. This music has opened them the doors to travel around the world and connect with communities of artists in Europe, Latin America, Asia and USA.

Their second album ‘Trance Life’ is an evolution in the music, where Alex sings about his childhood, reconnecting to his roots – most of the songs are in Spanish – and the connection with a Love that goes beyond what the eyes can see.

Their concerts have evolved through the years to become a sort of spiritual activation with the intention to open a space of connection with the crowd. The vision is to continue to weave a global community of humans that are waking up to a new way of being in the world. Uniting with the new paradigm of collaboration and trust, over the old model of competition and survival of the fittest.

Are you feeling the call to join the festival but feeling nervous about coming alone?
Many people have joined the festival by themselves and left feeling so connected. It’s always so beautiful to hear those stories♥️ To ease your mind, we’ve wrote down some ways that make it easier to connect at the festival so it’s easier to join alone:

🌀We have 3 shared meals per day, eating together with people we don’t know yet could bring up new conversations and connections easily!
🌀Join a sharing group: During the festival, there are daily sharing groups to support you on your journey.
🌀 Participate in a workshop: we’re bringing a lot of workshops, which help you to connect (even deeper)
🌀Book a shared room: Staying in a shared room gives even more opportunity to meet new people.. but staying on the campsite also brings enough connections and adventures!
🌀Carpool with others: Join our carpool group on Facebook to share a ride and connect with fellow dancers before the festival even begins.
🌀Become a co-creator: Sign up as a co-creator and join one of our teams. It’s a wonderful way to be a part of the festival and meet new people!

Meet the Ecstatic Dance DJs and facilitators bringing deep ecstatic journeys to Castle De Berckt this summer ♥️ Together they shape a week of Ecstatic Dance that moves between deep and wild, grounded and expansive, intimate and collective.

the shaman of dance. Known for transforming dance floors into spaces of celebration and deep presence.

will bring a deep, powerful journey where individual exploration meets collective flow.

in collaboration with . They bring back Ecstatic Kundalini Yoga Dance, weaving breathwork and mantra into the dance!

& back2back! Ecstatic Deep Waves: An extended journey that opens with ancient Kriya yoga techniques before going into a wild, authentic dance.
dj will be joined live by the vocals of Liza Weald. His sets blend electronic
club music, ritual movement, and global
influences.

Ceremonial Ecstatic, holding space for wild expression and quiet surrender.

combines saxophone and drumming, blending electronic, bass and tropical sounds into something both grounding and expansive.

brings improvised sets guided by the room and the moment. World music, tribal percussion, deep bass and meditative soundscapes.

brings colorful and meditative journeys, inviting presence which feels like ta***ic lo******ng on the dancefloor.
