SIGEP World was proud to take part in “Un’alleanza per il pane”, a meaningful initiative focused on protecting and relaunching bread as a symbol of the Mediterranean diet.
Held at the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, the event opened with institutional remarks by Chief of Staff Federico Eichberg, followed by Palmino Poli, President of ASSITOL.
Our Global Exhibition Director Food & Beverage Division, Ilaria Cicero, joined a panel of key voices including Daniele Meldolesi (ASSITOL), Giancarlo Ceccolini (Federazione Italiana Panificatori Pasticcieri e Affini- FIPPA) Mario Porrone (Fiesa Assopanificatori), Concita De Luca (InCibum), Alberto Molinari (AIBI), Antonio Tassone (Assipan ) and Adriano Albanesi (Richemont Club Italia), highlighting the importance of collaboration and education in driving change.
