After Chicago, SIGEP Meets the World arrived in São Paulo 🇧🇷🌍

The second international appointment brought together Foodservice professionals, buyers, companies and industry stakeholders in one of the most strategic markets for Italian food & beverage excellence.

Hosted at Fispal Food Service, inside the Pizza Pavilion, the event created new networking and business opportunities for the global Foodservice community.

In a context of strong growth for the Brazilian market and new opportunities driven by the EU-Mercosur Agreement, São Paulo is proving to be a key hub for the international development of the Out of Home industry.

Chicago officially kicked off the international calendar of SIGEP Meets the World 🌍 — the international event format created to promote the global vision of SIGEP series (Rimini, Singapore and Las Vegas) across the most dynamic Foodservice markets worldwide.

Set in the historic atmosphere of Gene & Georgetti, buyers, distributors, coffee shop chains and Foodservice companies came together for an evening dedicated to networking and new international business opportunities, with Gelato, Pastry & Chocolate, Coffee, Bakery, Kitchen Equipment, and Pizza taking center stage.

Chicago marked the first stop of an international journey that will soon bring SIGEP Meets the World to São Paulo, Paris, Istanbul, Ho Chi Minh City, Tokyo, Munich and Warsaw, leading the global community toward SIGEP World 2027 in Rimini from 23 to 27 January.

Held at the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, the event opened with institutional remarks by Chief of Staff Federico Eichberg, followed by Palmino Poli, President of ASSITOL.
